Not sure if there is a thread for this already - but I recently received a glossy brochure/marketing material from Citroen UK and my local dealer covering "More Choice and Great Offers On The New Citroen Range" -in which the C6 is NOT included. This was to introduce both Citroen discounts, and additional "WRC celebration" discounts.

Inside I found details for the DS3, DS3 Black, New C4, C1, C3, Airbream+ Range (C3/C3 Picasso), Nemo Multispace, Berlingo Multispace, C3 Picasso, C4 Picasso, C4 Grand Picasso, C5 Saloon, C5 Tourer, C-Crosser, and even Commercial Vehicles including the Nemo, Berlingo, Dispatch & Relay.. but no C6...

This may just be a Citroen UK position, but rumours are rife that the C6 is near its end, and the demise of hydraulic Citroen's in general may be not to far away when the current C5 bows out...

It has been discussed before.

Just because it's missing from a UK car guide doesn't mean that it won't be produced in left hand drive form but Citroen have a habit of making over models every 5 years or so and it may well be dropped.

We will just have to wait and see.

Although it seems likely the C6 has a limited production future I think in this case it's not in Citroen UK's 'offers' leaflet as it's such a low volume 'specialist' car in sales terms. Also the C6 is 'special order' only and not now ordered by Citroen UK or dealers for demonstrators or stock (if it ever was!) it is not considered by Citroen UK relevant for 'offers' advertising.

I wonder how many 'new' i.e. not pre registered Slough or dealer C6's have been sold in 2010. From memory of some figures on here earlier 40 had been sold up to June.

It definitely was - hence the glut of 2.7 HDi Exclusives and Lignages in 2008 - at a time when some people were claiming only 200-300 had been sold, over 100 were in the dealer network and actively being marketed (and quite often the dealers had more than one; Birmingham had four and still essentially lied about being able to get me the colour I wanted so I'd listen to the deal - if they'd offered grey and cream first I'd have put the phone down. Wish I'd been that determined all along, though the colour isn't bad!).
