OIL FILTER CHANGING TUTORIAL for C6

 How do I (neatly) replace the oil filter cartridge in the C6?

It appears to be an ungodly mess to do an oil filter change-out .

Please can a step by step tutorial be created ... where the oil leaking out of the oil filter does not go everywhere on top of the motor :

I don't see how this is possible !

 Hello Citroenroen1,

The important step in changing the oil filter is when you loosen it, allow time for the oil to drain out of the filter down to the sump. Then spin it off and have a cloth to hold on to the bottom of the filter cartridge as you lift it out. In this case there's very little mess.
