Out of the EU what's the rules now regarding tow bar fitting.

Location: St Marys Bay, Kent.
 As we are now free of the EU constraints has anyone thought about fitting a new tow bar to a C6 that has to be made specially. Any rules that have to be conforming with our MOT testing of them.
