I've had the car 2 days! Somehow I managed to slam the door with the window up too much? Is that possible? It seemed to be up beyond the door frame!Can anyone give me advice fitting new window? Is there any height adjustments? You can only guess how pleased I was ! ! It's right side front. |

Yes it can happen (frozen and stuck in upper position ? Or lack of electricity/battery ?). Laminated glass (2 or 3 layers). Check right part no with your VIN number and hope for the best when it comes to availability and price ! Never happened to me, but one of my first anxiety-topics with the C6. Classic "frameless door" problem. | ||

Re-initialize and checking the battery when having put in another window. Be careful when putting a new window in as they can easily brake even in the hand of a garage man. |

You will want to check the door lock that activates the window dropping down. If this is gone then you're only going to smash your window again |
