Noise when cold

 I'm experiencing a weird sound when cold starting in winter. This happens only when the outside temperature is below about 7 degrees Celssius. It does this for about 1-2 minutes after start-up, maybe longer if it's colder. Also a very discreet shajlke is can be felt when it makes the sound. I diagnosed it with Lexia and spikes in the injection quantity were seen during this behaviour.
The noise can only be heard from inside. Also this is the second winter with the same symptom. I have the car for about 2 years and drove about 60.000km.

 Not heard that noise in my C6 3.0HDi.
I'm assuming you mean the intermittent but slightly rhythmic light knocking noise.

Could it be the auxiliary drive belt and/or tensioner?

Has your engine had any of the belts changed (auxiliary, fuel pump belt or timing belt)?

 I have tried removing the auxiliary belt and still no change. Without the belt the symptomps are the same. So this excludes the tensioner, alternator, AC compressor.
I have not yet replaced the timing belt but given the fact that it does like this for more than an year I doubt that could be the cause.

 Could it be a motor trying to operate one of the air flow control flaps in the heating system?

 I kind of doubt it because with the ventilation off it makes the same sound.

Same clacking sound here too. Car is C5 3.0 Hdi. It happends only with cold air and engine. I think it must join to EGR- or secondary air intake systems because sometimes it will activated when car idling and get step on the accelerator.
