 I've had my C6 for a week now and just got the phone working using a Tesco O2 sim as suggested here.
My problem is that I can hear them but they can't hear me. (Well very faintly).
Anyone come across this?

 could be a couple of things, either the mics are faulty or have moved, they are in the overhead light unit by the interior mirror
