Hi all, one of my rear Lateral lights comes on as soon as I switch on the ignition whether or not the light switch is on ! Any idea why?? Should all four Lateral lights come on when Parking Lights are turned on ? Not much info on these lights in the owners handbook. Also, are there any C6 Specialists in France? I've been ripped off both times I've used local Citroen dealers, they don't seem to know much about this model, one actually managed to smash a front door window and then suggested I claim for it through my insurer! Quite indignant when I refused. Many thanks in advance, regards John. |

That's an odd one, John. Yes, all four lateral lights should illuminate together, along with the sidelights. Does everything else light up ok and as advertised by the designated switch? Do the DRLs illuminate with the engine running? And does this erroneous lateral light come on with just the ignition or with the engine running? |

Might sound silly, but have you checked the other bulbs to see they're OK? I have an Audi A3 and it was doing all sorts of weird things like single parking light coming on with ignition, throttle dropout when putting lights on. Turned out to be the rear bulb was dual filament and the two filaments were touching each other. No end of weirdness. |
