Phone book not syncing with C6 via bluetooth

 Hello Everybody,

I recently bought a new phone, a BQ Aquaris and, whilst it never fails to connect to my C6 via bluetooth, it often but not always fails to download the phone book to the car. I have experimented with the settings regarding phone books on the phone and on the SIM card (my phone book is stored on the phone itself) but to no avail.

Has anybody else had this problem and found a solution?

 It could be a phone specific issue Chris. Not all phones are compatible with the cars systems.

 Understood, but what I find strange is that it connects, but doesn't download the phone books. I could understand if it simply didn't connect at all!
