 I've just received the MoT certificate for the 2.7 that I hope to collect next week. It was sent direct to me as the new keeper, because I'm putting my impersonal plates onto the car so it had to be replaced by VOSA.

The MoT test was done a couple of weeks ago. There are just two advisories: the nearside and offside "front Anti-roll bar ball joint dust cover deteriorated, but preventing the ingress of dirt. (2.4.G.2)"

These are presumably simple and dirt cheap replacement parts, but does this in any way hint at more complicated horrors "down there"?
