I think they still can be ordered, but they can also be repaired (solder and tweaking job) and the description for repair is in this forum.

One of the new I ordered did not fit, a mm wrong placement of lugs. I did a messy job with tape to keep it in place. Later, at the garage, my guy just did a kind of magic twist. OK since.

i need two units / holders 6303.91 for my C6 otherwise it will fail MOT and will have to scrap the vehicle. any help appreciated

It is a common thing that the plastic clips on it break. Basically all that were manufactured are sold out, I managed to find one from Poland after months of searching last year. But, there is a but, Chevronics had them remanufactured - Click Here - Looks like they are still on back-order but they will be available

Seems a little dramatic!

Chevronics are in the process of remanufacturing the entire holders. Price will be about £90 per unit.

But you will be able to put LED bulbs in your existing units to bring them back to life— search on here. The plastic gets brittle with age so disassemble them carefully. If already damaged, I found one of mine had a little short screw holding it together and it did the job of replacing one tang.

Patrick, is it just the bulbs you need to replace or do you have physical damage to the units? I have some damaged ones from my car, with a few snapped tangs, which would probably be useable for an MOT, with LED bulbs added, or in mixing parts with what is left of your originals.

When the instrument cluster in mine went bang in an irreparable way, I found a replacement on ebay from a place in Lithuania. Apparently, that's where European cars go to be scrapped these days.

I would suggest searching ebay for a C6 part listing and mailing the seller, asking if they have what you need.

I am having very similar symptoms to those described by the original post:
- About 4 weeks ago, the left indicator intermittently was "double-flashing" but not all the time
- About 2 weeks ago this has progressed and neither the DRL nor the indicator in the left front (under bumper) set are working. Other left indicators (side and rear) work but flash at double speed.

My question: is the quickest resolution to replace the DRL/Indicator fitment as described above by Dave? My MOT is due in 4 weeks!

I got my friendly local garage to replace the whole left indicator and DRL unit with a Chevronics remanufactured one last year (£90-something for the part). All ok since.

I have purchased 2 of the lamp holders from Chevronics for a princely sum - I will be attempting to replace the dodgy one this afternoon. Wish me luck and "cross your chevrons"!

Well that was a lot easier than I thought it would be! Both units replaced - nice and bright new lamps!!

Am wondering if it is possible to get a replacement front cover/lens for those lights? My right one is corroded and the seal is not very good...

No idea on what they might cost but, go to - Click Here - and input your e-mail to be notified of when back in stock....

Or wait for someone who is breaking a C6 to sell one more reasonably....

If you take a look at the DLR housing product page on Chevronics website - Click Here -

"This part is now sold out, we are considering remanufacture."

I hope they do remanufacture them, if you are on FB groups, Tomek Novak from Poland is a reliable bloke who might have some DLR housings left for cheaper than £700. But it is also very easy to get scammed on facebook, if you should post on there that you are looking for one, don't buy from anyone who has no posts in the given group
