My indicators are not working correctly. When the car is stationary the indicators tick at the correct speed either to the left or right. But when the car is moving and especially when turning right while indicating, the ticking speeds up or becomes erratic. This problem has also started when turning left on the move. All the indicator bulbs are working around the car so its not the usual one bulb out disrupts the circuit scenario. Thoughts please. | ||

Loose bulb or contact point makes the resistance high when driving/turning, Look for such simple mechanical cintack problems first | ||

Agree that Tjensen's approach would be a good line of investigation. Otherwise, do the symptoms manifest with the car stationary, the engine running, and the steering wheel being moved back and forth (ouch tyre wear). Could it be a poor connection to the steering wheel coms unit (includes the stalk functions) regards |
