Rog, Release 4 Phillip's head screws around the periphery of the cover; which are captive so won't fall out! Release the circlips on the inlet and outlet hoses. Unplug the two small flexible pipes at the front of the housing. Disconnect the plug from the air flow sensor and unclip the cabling from the cover. Disconnect the plug from the rear air flow sensor and unclip the cable routed around the cover. Also unclip the cable from the fuse box from the rear of the cover. Pull the front air hose off the cover spigot first and then manoeuvre the air filter cover off the rear pipe and withdraw. Refitting is the reverse of the procedure. Notice the circlips have a notch to position them on the air pipes. Remember to reconnect the sensor plugs or you'll get a depollution warning!! Best regards, Phil C. |
