 I picked up my Mauritius Blue 2.7 Exclusive (with tan leather) from Kidderminster at the weekend.

I've previously owned a GSA, a CX Pallas, BX GTi, CX GTi, XM (meh). All bought as second hand bargains! With the XM, it was over between me and the big Citroens.

In recent years, with the advent of children and need for practicality I've been through a few Renaults (company cars), Mazda Xedos, Honda Accord Tourer and CRV, but have been watching the C6 since it came out as a completely unaffordable return to Citroen's glory days of design.

I'm now a very proud but very nervous owner of another second-hand luxury bargain. I hope I'm not the poster of too many problems on here, some of the stories make my eyes water.

For now I'm loving the design, character and soul of the C6 after all those clinical Japanese efforts. Slight niggle with a failing tyre pressure monitor and a gentle rumble at low speeds that I hope isn't rear suspension bushes.

Anyway, fingers in ears "blah blah blah can't hear it", and continue to enjoy being wafted around Hampshire in my blue spaceship.

 Paul glad to hear you got one. I've been looking for one with small miles on it and am in pursuit of one with 41,000 miles on it a 2008 Exclusive. Maybe you could share more about yours with us. Happy motoring.

 Hi Jack,

Mine has 48,000 miles on it, is a 2007 build (according the spreadsheet here on this site), and has the RT4 with jukebox, lounge pack and this very French looking orangey-tan leather which I turned my nose up at initially, but soon fell in love with.
Originally registered in Beverly, North Yorks, it's had two previous owners and is in very good nick. Not a scratch on the outside and interior is immaculate.

I'm taking it to a local Citroen garage tomorrow to have a tyre pressure sensor checked out under warranty, and I'll get them to give it the complete once-over, too.
I bought it from All Electric in Kidderminster (long drive from Petersfield!), and they've been really friendly and helpful so far.

If you don't already have a specialist in mind, I recommend Peter Boxall at Citroen Care in Rake, on the 'old' A3 just by the garden centre on the left. He gave my car a once-over check and intermediate service when I bought it nearly a year ago. He already looked after 1 or 2 other C6, and clearly the team there clearly know what they are doing.

 I have a home in Hampshire too. I tend to live in Chorleywood with my better half more these days, the strange thing is that Hampshire also became the UK centre for Avantimes ( I have one of these too ) We obviously have great taste.
