 Has anyone had a problems with the drivers door, or any door for that matter, squeaking when opened and closed? Mine makes two pronounced noises / squeaks. I have used white grease on all moving parts but the noise is still there!

 No not heard that, on mine sounds like the check strap and lube on the strap wont get to the part thats rubbing, best i can think of is fire Wd40 down into the door strap via the long red tube.

 Yep, it's the check strap. I had mine replaced under warranty last year. Check it by seeing if there is rust on the strap part. It's made of plastic, it's the spring loaded ball that corrodes. You can do it yourself but it means removing the door trim.
