Hello; I'm having now a bit of a problem. After another brake booster died, just after one year, my guess is that vacuum pump is spilling oil, causing membrane in booseter to dissolve. And the problem is that I can't find 2.7 vacuum pomp - it's not supplied anymore, even Citroen don't have one. But, 3.0 pump is still obtainable, but I'm not sure if it would fit - has anyone tried it before? It looks different on a pictures, but mounting bracket & bolt pattern seems to be the same. Or maybe someone has a source of new or refurbished 2.7 pumps? |

Try - Click Here - in Germany. I had the same problem, my car was "eating" brake boosters... In fact, at the end it's only a small spring in the pump which is regulating the valve in the pump. LandRover once offered that spring as repair kit, when they learned that the valve wasn't working properly... |
