The mirror on one side is not folding, and I've noticed not heating either. However the mirror can be moved. Which fuse are they on? The handbook doesn't say! |

Thinking about this one I don't think it's a fuse as the heated mirrors come on with the heated rear screen and your correct, there is nothing in the owner handbook on fuses for them. In the past issues with the mirrors seem to be related to a door switch but.... I did find this for the engine bay fusebox guide in the Tech Docs: - Click Here - F4 10A steering wheel angle sensor - brake dual-function switch - ESP accelerometer gyroscope - photochromic exterior rear view mirrors - pedestrian impact detection control unit - diagnostic socket - automatic gearbox control assembly I have also found a wiring diagram for the electric door mirrors which is now available to download: - Click Here - but you will need the 'Reading Wiring Diagram' file with it: - Click Here - Now if that had failed both mirrors wouldn't work surely but it might explain the 'Steering Wheel Angle Sensor error - they all have that' we often see? Good luck |

The thick plottens... 0.6V at the mirror heater terminals with them off and 1.3V with them on. Operating the folding manually it folded once but not subsequently. Didn't even make a noise -- like it had lost power. |
