Hi everyone,

I was changing a tyre the other day and came across the small tool with a hexagonal or square end that lives in the base of the polystyrene container that holds the jack.

Does anybody know what it is intended for?

I have used the T30 end of this tool to remove wheel liner and front under bumper parts, maybe Citroen envisioned that there is a lot of work there to be done? (leaking LDS tank, front comfort sphere to name 2)

It's to put together anything which comes from IKEA.

Hilarious...

How thoughtful of Andre to provide a tool for the sunroof that doubles for quick IKEA assembly moments at traffic lights.

I think it's for removing the 4 screws under the license plate holder (or whatever it's called). You need to do this to change the reversing lights and/or the rear fog lights

It's mentioned in the handbook, on the roadside toolkit page. Its specific purpose eludes me right now (it's my age, you know...)!

According to the handbook, it's the 'tool for removing fog lamps and reversing lamps' so Furriegurrie was not to far out.....

On the BX and C5s I had, it was for winding the sunroof closed in the event of a motor failure.

It also fits the socket in the Spoiler drive motor. I was hoping that I could manually wind down the "stuck fully deployed deflector" but it wouldn't budge.
