Hello.
I'm looking for a fuel line / thermostatic valve for a C6 2.7 HDI.
The Citroen spare part number is 1920HN - no longer available.
Can someone help me or give me a reference address.
Greetings Wolfgang

where is it located on the car as I don't recognise it from the engine bay?
I might be able to find it on my spares car for you.

Hello and thanks for the offer.
Shortly before the diesel filter, 2 lines - diesel flow and diesel return - go to this thermal valve 1920HN.
This is attached with 2 screws and the two cables can be removed (click system SAE connector).
A short connection then goes from this thermal valve to a T-piece and from there a short piece to the return of the diesel injection pump and a long line to the heat exchanger (water / engine oil / diesel fuel) past the oil filter.
All lines have a click system - except for the T-piece.
The screws of the thermal valve must be loosened so that there is no tension (risk of breakage).
If you enter "Citroen 1920HN" on Google Chrome, then the part is nicely displayed under the link "Pictures of 1920HN" and also a detailed view from the spare parts list.
Because my English is not very good, I use the google translator and hope that the description is sufficient.
Greetings Wolfgang

Hi Wolfgang,
Google translate works just fine.
I don't have one currently but I'll be taking a dead engine out of a car later in the year. I'll get in touch to see if you're still looking when it's available.

Good luck
Michael

Hi Michael,
thanks for the fast information.
Maybe I'm lucky and the part is included.
Greetings Wolfgang
