Passenger seat weight sensor - enabling it

 Previous owner had the weight sensor somehow disabled so you don't get seatbelt warnings when a passenger sits without fastening a seatbelt.

Is there a way to re-enable this functionality?
I have no idea on how it was disabled. Some wire cut? Some wire sorted? Something to do with seatbelts? Something in the software?
In the diagnostics tab of the RT unit it always shows that the passenger airbag is enabled, no matter the seatbelt fastening and passenger presence combo.
Any areas that I could check?

 So I finally figured out. I tried looking under the seat before, but only now have I noticed an unplugged plug. You have to lift the seat with the controls and look at it from behind.
