my Nav/radio/air con screen has gone blank in parts

 My nav screen even if i turn on radio/nav/aircon/audio display there is two strips of blank but other parts ok.Do i need another screen and if so do any one know of a person or Garage who could do the job. I can still talk to unit and do everything else but as i say two blank strips down screen. When i turn it on all lights up then it goes crazy then blank in parts.I live in Lowestoft Suffolk and willing to travel if this can be done.
