Rear number plate lighting issue. |

Excuse the pun but can anyone shed any light on this issue. When you unlock the car the rear number plate lights come on...Sometimes on properly sometimes flickering. It also does this after locking the doors. Phillips LED bulbs in the holders in case anyone asks |

It's the LEDs, not having sufficient terminal resistance. Mine does the same, along with the LEDs that I've installed in the front parking lights. | ||

Mine doesn't do anything like that although one of the number plate units has a broken clip and is prone to falling out, must glue it back in place. | ||
