Hello Does anyone know the answer to this problem: the satnav display is stuck on Blenheim Road, Weymouth no matter where I go.

help appreciated

Which sat nav version do you have, If it's RT3 (CD Changer in the boot) then check the disc, this should be in the CD slot on the dashboard. If you have a later version RT4 then it could mean reinstalling the maps

If you are on a copy disc then the RT3 may be struggling to read it and its simply hanging.
If its the original Navteq then I would ask if you have upgraded your software recently to the current 6. whatever it is?

Try rebooting the unit (hold down dark button for more than 12 seconds from memory, please others correct me on this)

thank you all. I will do the reset as suggested. Can anyone tell me how to upgrade the software if I do I have an early version?

Current version for the C6 RT3 is 6.63 .

Current version for the RT4 and RT5 is 8.31.


The RT3 5.xx was in the C5 and, possibly, the C8.
