 Afternoon,

My recently acquired Citroen C6 is going to be due a service soon as it is about to reach its 2 year cycle. I was just wondering how much I should be looking at paying to have it serviced?

I think my local Citroen dealership charges about £195 for a full service.

 Depends if it is an interim or full service - £195 is probably the fixed price offer that Citroen do, stated as 'not a replacement for the scheduled service' but it looks pretty similar to me.

C6 owners do well out of this, as we pay the same price as C1 owners.

I've never taken my C6 anywhere outside the dealer network - I've checked several prices with the local indie and they usually charge the same or more.

Mind you, my local dealer is good. I even take my 2CV to them for tyres.

 Sam, if you don't mind a day out, Rigbyes at Eccleston nr Chorley, are a main dealer with a good rep........ they have, to my knowledge 10 C6 that they deal with on a regular basis.

 Speaking for my garage I would charge £150 for a full service on a c6 and that's to do all the filters and check the car over with the correct spec oil etc.
and service it every year and change the oil every 6000 miles
