During my ownership it has only been moved on private property and therefore I have not undertaken a meaningful road test. I would rather be completely honest about that than speculate. The engine starts readily, idles smoothly, the suspension raises and lowers correctly, the air conditioning blows cold and the vehicle has recently passed its MOT. The interior and exterior is in good condition but both show signs of use as would be expected, this can be improved on relatively easily. Issues I know of This is an 18 year old car and as such it's not perfect. I have reflected that in the price but I wanted to ensure that some specifics were drawn out to ensure any potential bidder/buyer can make an informed decision before expressing interest. The previous owner advised that the automatic gearbox could occasionally feel slightly “lazy”. I have not experienced this personally; however, as the vehicle has remained SORN during my ownership, I have not undertaken a full road test and therefore prefer to disclose this rather than overstate the condition. - Both rear lights have cracks which I believe is a common issue, one of the rear fog light clusters is also cracked. - The boot struts are weak but I have ordered two new Monroe items so this issue will be addressed prior to sale (these have now arrived and been fitted) - Parrot Bluetooth fitted but controller is not working (the part wired to the car starts up and appears to function) - The alloys are in good condition but will need painting to make perfect. - Windows tints are after market and the rear screen is bubbling. Whilst I’ve tried to describe the car as accurately as possible, I would always encourage prospective buyers to inspect it themselves. I’m very happy to answer questions, provide additional photographs or produce a detailed walk-around video. Why I’m Selling I have always wanted a C6, to be less specific a hydropneumatic Citroen. My brother had both a BX and a ZX when new in the 90's and I thought they were great. I purchased this car a couple of months ago but I'm not getting the time to enjoy it and make it my own due to inheriting 3 other cars from family. If you look at my feedback on Ebay you can see that I am a genuine seller. I get good feedback mainly because I sell things in amazing condition (as I look after things well) but also because I'm honest and genuinely want the buyer to get what they expect. With the C6 I've not had the time to make it the way that I want to but I will make sure that it is described honestly and to the best of my ability. I'm obviously limited with the photos that I can take, but I can create a video of the car to show items in more detail and to give people a better appreciation of what they are looking at. If however there is something specific that you want to see then please let me know.
