 Would upsizing tires from 245/45-R18 to 255/45-R18 present any problems or concerns ?

 Hmm, it will affect the speedo reading, but not significantly. Would it affect anything else, possibly not, given it's such a marginal difference. However, there is no guarantee given the C6's complex suspension setup.

 I noticed in another post , that a C6 owner is successfully using the tire size 250/45-18 replacement tyres .
