Hello TomekWGM,

There are a number of wires in the under bonnet electronics box that are not used. They're normally routed under the BSM and just hide out there. I can't say what colours they are but I can check if required?

As to your faults; do you have any error codes?

Is your car a 2.2 by any chance?

The C1132 relates to the power steering and if it's a solid fault, it will need investigating.

The C1174 & C1176 would suggest you have two faulty rear shock absorbers, a faulty AMVAR ECU or a wiring fault. Checking the wiring is probably the least expensive option to start with.

The U1113 will probably be because of the suspension faults and will likely clear when the others are fixed.

No, 2.7. - Amvar and steering fault appear after bsm disassembly. Esp fault was before.

When you say "disassembly" can you elaborate pls, what exactly has been done?

The reason for asking is that the C1132 doesn't apply in a 2.7 and the BSM has no direct connection to the suspension other than possibly the maxi fuses under the BSM.

Have you tried clearing the faults and do they return?

Exactly it was a part for brake booster changing.

Faults come back right away without starting engine.

Yesterday I tried to change abs sensor - but the connector is under fuel tank - wtoday im going to try to do it without removing fuel tank.

can't be done as the cable runs in a groove in the top of the tank. Some have simply cut the cable just before it heads over the tank and joined the new one on.

back to your suspension problem....

There's a Maxi fuse (MF2) under the BSM that feeds the suspension ECU. As you've had all that disconnected, I would start there and check it's in good connection.

You may need to load test it as I have seen a MF appear to work but failed to operate an ABS pump. Best be safe by taking it out, cleaning it and refit or replace.

Ok, abs sensor changed. Abs/esp working. Tomorrow I will check this connection to maxi fuse under bsm, but if that wasn't work that possible the problem to connect suspension ecu.
