From January I had a small leak in the steering circuit, and now it has grown large. I need the tube (part no 4014 LK, it is the 3.0 Hdi 2010 model)

Can anyone supply the part, new or used or make a new one or give advice on repair ?

Status is now that pump has stopped (did not refill fast enough) and car is low and in garage. So the need is serious !!!

All information welcome

I got a real answer from the French company. The part was listed as available, but: It was not available , it was out of production and they do not send outside France.

There is a swiss company that manufactures hydraulic pipes for C5 and C6, I haven't needed anything from them yet but they do seem to be reputable(If anyone has had a bad experience with them, we all probably would also like to know this). - Click Here - no 4014 LK on their website currently, but I would still drop them a message if they plan to manufacture it.

My problem is now solved in this round: My garage took the tube out (2 leaks !) and sent it to a specialist in hydraulic tubes/pipes and with 4 new tube parts it came back into the car. We need such garages and people that are a bit more than average to keep our C6s running !!!

Your absolutely right. For earlier cars it was usually possible to 'fix' things yourself, but that is technically difficult on a 2005+ C6 for even the most dedicated DIY mechanic given the tooling required.

I don't know if you are on facebook but since you are from Poland, I'd reach out to Tomek Novak, he looks to be a mechanic, maybe can't fix your issue by himself but can suggest if anyone fixes the piping in Poland

He is also in the C6owners FB group
