 I read in one of the posts about moving JUMPER FUSE to GARAGE POSITION but I can't find fuse and don't understand what EFFECTS / changes it will cause

I would like more information about this "tip" before I try it.

 Don't try it!

It's there for dealers when the car was new. There's no requirement to move it once it leaves the dealer. If you want to protect you battery, disconnect it or fit a battery maintainer.
