C6 front number plate holder removal

clues appreciated for how to remove the number plate holding block as I have a new grille to fit?
the holder has 2 sensors, slots underneath and slots behind the number plate
car is 2007 2.7

 Hmm. After losing the front number plate several times in sharp bumps, I just removed the plastic number holder frame and drilled/screwed the number plate directly in the bumper. Solved the problem and was easy. (But this is Norway, maybe a simpler holder ?)
