My car was first registered 6 years ago.
So, thought I'd publicly celebrate it's birthday.
It still seems like new and I've had it 2 and a half years.
Mileage is now at 39,000.

Here's to many more enjoyable miles together

Yes, 6 years and feels like new for me too. Some small cosmetic issues, but... 110 000 km. The big Challenge is how to get these complicated rarities to be 25 or more. Main inspection (like MOT) next week. Nervous for under-the-hood issues and links in the suspension.

Many happy future miles Shaun, must be one of the lowest mileage 3.0HDI's?

Best regards,

Phil C.

There is a 12,000 mile 3.0HDi for sale with Wolsey House Motors, £24,495, someone posted the advert on the C6 Facebook page 2 days ago.
I also know of two other 3.0HDi in the UK with very low mileage, 10-15,000 miles.
Now that we can access MOT information publicly, I checked all the registration numbers of the 3.0HDi.
Mine has positively racked up the miles this year, 6000 since March, virtually all long distance motorway journeys, though. I do have other cars as well as a company car for work/everyday use.

Still kicking myself for letting your other 3.0HDi pass me by...

However, I've now fallen in love again. With Sable Gold/Wadabis! Oh, and Nova Green.

I couldn't possibly justify spending 25k on a tinkermobile ATM. C6Steve is VOR for a while; sending the BSI & cluster off to ACtronics.eu next week, as I'm back off to PMI for a few months. Plus it needs some other tlc.

Note: Autotronics don't reman BSIs, as they 'don't have a jig'...

It's amazing the number of 3.0 HDi's for sale on Leboncoin in France compared to what there are over here. They also seem to fetch very little in comparison too... If you don't mind having a left hand drive, they could be a good buy...

And there's a very cheap one if you don't mind a project...

There were over 3000 x 3.0HDi built altogether, so it's no surprise there are more in France.
The prices being asked seem quite logical and sensible with respect to age/mileage/specification/version.
I guess the relatively low volumes in the UK overall (900), then mega low volumes of some versions (3.0HDi, 3.0i petrol, 2.2HDi) are reflected in the asking prices of UK cars.
