Hi, sorry to ask...but the download link for this map and camera upgrade is just 1.63mb - seems rather small for what I would would thought is a lot of data? Mine is 3 years or so old...can this latest update be applied or do I need all the interim levels too?

@APG1959 The UK 'map' is 222mb, it's the EU speed cameras that are 1.63mb and are simply POI overlayed on a map. Both are official Navteq and the safety cameras are directional unlike the ripped off 'free' ones on GPS underground.

As long as you car has an RT4 or RT5 unit where the maps are stored on the internal hard drive, then they should work

Got to say I've been having trouble with burning this to disc as well, everytime I do iget a message that say's something the the disc is incomplete or there may be files missing.

Hi, sorry to say that I've burned the CD twice. Each time it loads, recognises the upgrade (I'm on 2006/7 maps), offers to restart (say yes) then...nothing. Then cd is ejected with incomplete or damaged message. Needless to say, maps not updated (checked).

My experience: The new upgrade disc was ejected and drawn back in after a minute or so meny times during the process. Maybe a large dose of patience will solve the issue ?

Looks like there is an issue with the zip process so I have removed the files from downloads section.

However the 'safety camera' updates are from an original Navteq update so have left that in place.
