2.2 Manuals, we think low to mid 20's, with the rest being auto's, but it's hard to be definitive on numbers as we get conflicting information from different sources.

Brilliant chart, only 1 Petrol V6 in 2005 - and It's mine, very nice she is too. My first visit to the garage today and almost nothing wrong with her at all, long may she reign

Don't forget abroad. There are 55 RHD countries (although I don't know how many Citroen sold into): - Click Here - A friend of mine recently saw a C6 in Tanzania - which may have been RHD. Also, when I bought mine, a lady was selling her RHD petrol Exclusive to someone in New Zealand. Note that the DVLA doesn't serve Northern Ireland - so there are a number of RHD C6s there that are not counted by 'How Many left' and the like. The Republic of Ireland must have some too. |

Mark, I think it safe to say that all C6's in the Republic of Ireland are RHD. How many are here is another question! There would be a mix of original Irish registered cars and import from UK and Northern Ireland! One that I bought in Northern Ireland is now back in the UK! Best regards, Phil C. |

UPDATE: Latest DVLA based figures from December 2019 show only 489 RHD C6's registered for VED (so in use) in the UK with 164 on 'SORN' so a total of 653 remain. 164 on SORN seems high compared to the number advertised for sale though? |

It's not getting any better. Rather than use 'how many left' I downloaded a copy of the official DVLA Statistics for December 2023 (the latest available) and that shows the following: 320 licensed for use on the road. 231 on 'SORN' - not registered for use on the road (where are they all?) Total 551 remain recorded therefore in the UK. That equates to just over 54% of the cars initially brought to the UK. Now we don't know how numbers can be confirmed outside the UK, but if percentage that held true over ALL markets, then out of the original production run of 23,384 only around 10,750 C6 still exist. With only circa 3,340 still in actual use..... |

The latest DVLA Statistics available show there are now less than 303 C6's still registered and licensed for VED in the UK (with another 233 on 'SORN' as of March 2024). Out of those remaining, there are 8 Petrol C6's licensed according to the DVLA. Below I have extracted the latest numbers, not sure how accurate they are as the DVLA are known to get things wrong.... |
