Ho hum. A -20% overall fall in France and Italy, on sales of 700000, looks like the brand is falling off a cliff rather than retracting slowly.

My view, for what it is worth, is that Citroen, within the next 15 years, will be a Chinese manufacture with satellites in Europe. And who's to know what the Chinese will like, although lashings of chrome and bling seems to be thhe current view.

AC would like it, anyway!

Live rich and die poor!

Eventually product variations from the linked makers will end up inversely proportional to the number of makers?

Perhaps it would be a good investment to by shares in badge makers???????

Fuel running out
Cars running out
Money running out
Government running out of (our) money

Population not running out

Am I pluged in or out of Matrix??????????????????????????????????????/

There have been some interesting articles recently about the retraction of sales of cars in China . Mercedes Benz are currently offering $100,000 of the SLS to try and shift them !

I came across these from Citroën press relase?

CEO Freddie Didn't know what his company are doing? Or press release wrong? I think it was in Autocar this week, aswell else seen that?

Not that it matters very much, hyperactive won't be much good with 3" deep sidewalls.

Numéro 9 features hydraulic self-leveling suspension.

Citroën Numéro 9

When grip is lacking, the car switches to four-wheel drive mode with the electric motor driving the rear wheels and the combustion engine powering the front wheels. In particularly difficult driving conditions, such as driving up a sloping, snow-covered road, the driver can manually select 4WD mode. The four-wheel drive system and hydraulic active suspension then deliver increased traction, making full use of the potential of Numéro 9 in complete safety.

Looking beyond on-road performance and environmental benefits, the full-hybrid plug-in technology offers a third advantage: the cabin can be prepared before the car is used. For example, it can be pre-heated to ensure the comfort of all the occupants as soon as they climb onboard.

Company press release, last updated on April 13, 2012
