WANTED: driver's side B pillar trim or undamaged seat belt height adjuster (part of the trim)

 Looking for a B pillar trim for the driver's side.

The fabric can be in any condition as I intend to re-cover it, but the plastics cannot be damaged (mine has a significant gouge where it's been worn by the seat belt rubbing...!).

Alternatively, a height adjuster from the same component would do if it's in vgc and I can re-trim and reassemble the components using mine.
