Hi,
I have noticed a small hydraulic fluid leak at the front right corner of my car. It seems to come from the power steering line with the cooling fins where a hose is crimped on to the line.
The photo is taken through the front grille, and the leak is visible in the red circle. The bumper needs to be removed for a closer inspection or replacement.

Any experiences to share here? Does it suddenly develop into a much bigger leak? Any alternatives to replacing the entire line (part number 4013 76)?

Thanks for your suggestions!

I'm looking at this and wondering if it's actually 'feedback' from the return pipe under the wheel arch.

Hello!
Old thread but I wonder if you discovered where the leak came from? I have the same leak.

I have got the very same leak too, and the part is "nfp"... Looks like a joint. A solution could be to take it out and hand it over to a hydraulics-pipe expert to repair it?

Just put on a normal hose clip and tighten it, worked for me recently. I have also repaired leak from the HP tube-hose-tube for the front suspension out from the pump valve block on several c6's - cutting off the hose and put on new 250 bar hose(1000 bar burst pressure) and 2 new press-couplings (is that what it is called?)

Cheers, Christian
