 Apologies if this has been covered previously (I couldn't find it). The OS wiper motor has burnt out on my 2008 C6. I've heard that the Peugeot 408 has the same motor however my local (indepentent)Citroen garage tells me that they won't work? If not what have others done?

I'm also told that when I fit a new motor I will need to calibrate it to the car? If so how is tis acheived?
