Hi everyone, I am hoping someone can help a new C6 owner. I bought this a while back and it has been laid up because of you know what! Anyway when I bought it everything worked fine, now just got her fired up again to get ready for MOT and to finally use as my daily driver but..... can't open the boot? Have got in using a long stick and 6" nail, my car has lounge pack so no folding seats, that was fun....NOT! Anyway have checked all the usual suspects, microswitch and lock, by swapping out into a c4 picasso, they seem to be the same parts? The C6 bits work in the picasso so I presume they are good? Any help as where to go next? Is there a module to test? please any ideas would be great as can't seem to make any sense of this fault now. Thanks Matt |

Just a quick update, also noted that both rear indicators aren't working as well, so did a code scan of the trunk module, as it is called and got 3 permanent fault codes all are short to ground, so I think that suggests a broken wire somewhere, but any thoughts would be most welcome. | ||

A short to ground sounds like a module fault. What are the error codes? |
