 I'm always delighted when a new, previously unencountered, message pops up on the dashboard. Today it was the tersely enigmatic 'Handbrake!'. The car had been parked, as usual, with the brake engaged. Can anyone shed any light on what would prompt the car, on this occasion, to proffer such vital information?
