Air con issue

 Evening all

just a quick one but would anybody know why the air con only blows cold out of the passenger side vents? The drivers side is still blowing out warm air.

Is it a failed motor or just one that has stuck?

The air con was recently degassed at BL Autos so I know the system is fully gassed

any help much appreciated

 Hello,
if you are lucky, only one actuator is defective.
You can check this with the DIAGBOX/LEXIA.
If the engine is working and the problem persists, then one flap is broken and needs to be replaced - there is a repair kit for both flaps.
Instructions can be found in the forum. It is very expensive.

 Hi,
I had the same issue
The part is 6480.E3 I guess
I did not changed, it is glued, and has some additional screws and strenghtening
This is common problem with Peugeot 407, etc
You will find solutions like opening the clima box from the side
That can work as well
