Where to buy new/spare parts

 Hi,

I live in Morden (Surrey) and I am struggling to find place that has new/spare parts (or even 2nd hand) for my C6 model. Can someone here please give advise a place to go to or point me in the right direction where I could find someone local to where I'm based?

I also need a reliable mechanic that specialises in C6.

The problem we all have is that production of the C6 ended in 2012 and Citroen only continued supplying parts for 5 years which means some are simply no longer being manufactured.

Whilst some parts are still available in the supply chain via Citroen in the UK most have to come from other sources and for some reason Poland and Latvia seem to be a good source.

For any parts you really need the relevant OEM part number and some patience via Google (other search engines do work) to find used and new after market parts.

Depending on how far your prepared to travel for a good mechanic then it's circa 60 miles to B L Autos in Welwyn Garden City - Click Here - who are probably your nearest 'C6 Specialist'

what parts are you having trouble with?
Consumables are usually available as they are used on other PSA cars. Most common failing items are relatively easy to find but some others will only be available as second hand from cars that are being broken.
You could try a listing in the "sales" section if you are looking for something unusual.

What I need is an electronic handbrake motor and after experiencing an electrical fault with dashboard it has now gone off and shows my signs of life.

It can be 2nd hand parts.

 Hello STippetts58,

The dashboard failure is a known failure mode. Simon, member ststech, repairs these to better than original specification for a very reasonable charge. He has repaired one of mine already!

 Hi - JB from Wincanton in Somerset here.
I am trying to find either a pair of just a passenger side windscreen wiper arm.
Its not easy!
In this thread PSA shared parts was mentioned, and so I wonder does anyone know if the c6 wiper arms are used in any other PSA cars?
