A much-loved and well cared for example of the increasingly rare RHD C6, and it’s the one to have... the refined and super luxurious ‘Exclusive’ spec with black bodywork and magnolia leather interior, as preferred by numerous French presidents (and no doubt loved by their chauffeurs!). It would also make an excellent wedding car! This 2007 model has the 2.7HDi engine and the 6-speed automatic gearbox and has done 147,000 miles. As well as being a car with real character, it comes fully loaded with the safety and comfort features that regulars on this site will be very familiar with: - Intelligent, self-levelling suspension (the Citroen ‘magic carpet’ ride - see the video elsewhere on this site) with Comfort and Sports modes - Xenon ‘directional’ headlights that go around corners - 'Heads up’ display with SatNav / speed / fuel readings projected onto the windscreen - LDWS (lane departure warning system - vibrates your seat if you drift over a line without indicating at over 50mph) - Cool box in the front armrest - Front & Rear heated seats - JBL hi-fi system with 8 speakers/ 2 woofers, MP3, 6CD - Acoustic laminated side windows [double-glazing for cars!] - Electrochromic [internal/external anti-dazzle] rearview and folding door mirrors No expense has been spared in the maintenance of this car with all major service items done at or before the recommended intervals and all known issues (such as fuel injectors, Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valves etc.) addressed with OEM parts. It comes with all original keys, manuals and documents. Don't be put off by the mileage. These have mostly been motorway miles, and if maintained properly, it should be good for 250,000. This example comes with FULL SERVICE HISTORY and has always been looked after by either Citroen dealerships (in its early years) or independent Citroen specialists. Its next MoT is not due until June 2020. It's had two owners, but shows as 3 (including me) because the first owner bought it out of his company car scheme. Whilst the paintwork is not perfect, it is in very good condition for its age and mileage. The photos aim to show any scuffs, chips and scratches, particularly on the front bumper. Two of the wheels have been refurbished, two have scratches, but I also have another two alloy wheels to go with it, affording the new owner the chance to get 2 refurbished without losing the use of the car. This is easily the most comfortable car I have ever owned, and probably ever will. If I had space to keep it, I would do so without hesitation. Unfortunately, moving house forces reluctant sale so it's now time to pass ‘Cedric’ on for someone else to enjoy. This car has now been sold so sadly I am no longer a C6 owner. : ( Thanks to all who showed an interest, and good luck finding another. These cars are genuinely something special. |
