Just posting this as I couldn't see a it readily on the site. The glow plug relay sits in the main electrical box under the bonnet (the one behind the air filter).

Remove the lid (4 twist fasteners) and then look for the two small Torx screws that hold down the ECU. With those out there is just enough slack in the various harnesses to lift up the ECU and access the glow plug relay.

Relay number is Bosch 0 281 003 018. Looks like a common item across various manufacturers and models.
