I have the hand brake stuck by the frost that has hit, at the end stepping on the brake and sometimes giving the electric brake released (thank goodness), I have some doubts, is there any way to manually take off the pill ?, I in my old manual cars and with a non-electric handbrake, I never put the parking brake on, I used to go on the march and party, instead it is problematic to park automatically by putting the box in P and without a handbrake? hit again and do not let go Thank you very much people.

You can manually release the handbrake.
Look inside the central armrest storage space, remove the rubber liner, you'll find a cord, pull this to release the handbrake.

But remember to put the manual release back into the 'normal' position. Handbook has dire warnings of damage if you don't.
