Passenger door cannot be opened from inside C6

 I am unable to open the passenger door from inside the car but can from outside. It seems to happen in winter months............. Any fixes please?

 Just tested and the download works fine for me with no password required etc, however you may have exceeded your daily 'Download Limit or not belong to the required User Class.

However, you also need to have Acrobat Reader 10X installed as a minimum on your web device to read them: To download on a Mac, iPhone or iPad you need iBooks installed.
