 Bit confused by coverage of diesel road tax changes today, do we need to worry or does it only apply to new diesels?

In a nutshell, most of us will be paying between £10 & £20 extra after 01/04/18.

£10pa for all 2.2Ds and 3.0Ds; £20pa for all 2.7s...
