 Hi, is there a way to replace the offside rear abs sensor without taking the fuel tank off ??, eg cutting the cable and connecting the new cable maybe !.

 The fuel tank does not need to be removed: just partially lowered to feed the cable through. If you are not that fussy (about pushing the cable into the molded grooves in the plastic tank) you could get by with only lowering one corner by about 2 inches and pull the new cable through with the old.

Don't try a cut and splice!
