I will be buying a C6 some time in the near future...but I wonder what the members think is the best colour car!
Black with cream seats looks great (But quite rare!)...there is emerald green and something called "Iron Gray Metallic"...What do the members think of these colours?
What do they think is the best colour to suit this car?

The first one I ever saw was in 2005, in a showroom. We had just signed for a new C4. The C6 was long and blue. So in my mind, they have to be blue.

I'm very very pleased with mine in Sable de Langrune with the beige interior...I wanted a different colour than dark grey or black which are the colours most sold in Holland.

Mine is Iron Grey with the beige/cream leather which I think looks just great. I love the light coloured leather in comparison to black - the interior feels much roomier and the seats don't get hot in the sun like they used to in my old XM with black leather.

For me Black is too conservative and really shows up any dirt. I've only seen a few red ones in photos but they have looked superb so if I had the choice I would probably go for pearlescent red with cream leather.

The best interior leather colour is surely Alezan, which is a relatively rare but warm and uplifting tan colour. Mine does NOT enjoy that hue, it has the all too common charcoal grey, which at least has the advantage of being practical (the beige postively highlights any grime). The exterior is Ganache, a deep chocolate brown that, under grey skies, many mistake as black, but in brighter weather is a lovely complex shade with red and yellow pigments that sparkle amongst the deeper tones. I love it. It has also proved very resistant to scratches, dings and dents. I could have bought the blue, the mid-to-dark green, or the dark grey, so I guess the Ganache held a certain appeal that still holds today, 5+ years on.

Mine had a beige (actually 3 colours!) interior, and when I sold it last year had done around 70000 miles. I put an Autoglym product on twice a year and it always looked new. And so much for those who say that the leather is second rate- certainly mine wasn't.
