Hi, my system is a RT4 I've tried all the different colours and options and there is practically no difference so not good, there should be a potenciometer or a resistor in the unit which controls the screen brightness and is possible to adjust or change.
Tech crew you said I could manually adjust the brightness to suit and left a link which I wrongly supposed would give me instructions to adjust the screen, if you meant the user controls next to the screen they are at maximum and are not good enough.

Norman, I had the same issue on my 3.0 hdi with RT5. It would never go bright enough in strong sunlight and I doubt there is anything you can do about it apart from changing the screen angle which sometimes helps, depending on the suns angle.

Same problem with RT3. Another Citro-versight (along with finger-recesses around the sunvisors)...

Too bright at night if one desires the lovely warmth of the door lighting to be present; poor brightness in sunlight during daylight.

And.... the HUD is barely perceptible if the sun is shining!

They all do, Norman. For 'ambient', read 'dim glow'...

Hi, I have the older RT3 system in my current 07 C6. Just wondering is possible to upgrade the old style screen graphics to the last produced version? Is Mirascipt involved as well or at least needed to change up to the newer screen graphics? Any advice here greatly appreciated.

Hi m3mpower,
does that mean the RT3 graphics are fixed and cant be upgraded as such? or maybe it uses a differant scripting code?

many thanks for your reply, and the new Radio facia is still working well!
