As I travel a lot, thought I'd take pictures of the C6 as it enhances well known places.

So here's my first contribution.

My C6 on Canongate (The Royal Mile), Edinburgh, Jun 10.

Anyone else want to join in? (Click to enlarge)

This looks very classy in black & white, a real enhancement to the Palace.

Wetherby Racecourse and, with respect to your C6, an SM on far left of front row - to die for?

Shame there isn't a CX in the picture - would be to die for then!

The Ridgeway at Oxon/Berks border.

The C6 is surprisingly capable off-road with the suspension at its mid-high setting.
Access is restricted for vehicles for most of The Ridgeway so only drove a 100m or so; beautiful place though.

Chevrons, mine was also a GF58 Lignage (with all the toys) but now on private plates. Who was the original owner, Citroen UK?

gmerry,

yes, it belonged to Citroen.
Bought it from Citroen dealer in Wolverhampton with 10k miles on it. It had done 100miles from Nov 09 and when I picked it up on 16 Apr 10.
It is a company car so it has 16k on it now.

Agreed
One of the first trips I did in mine had me meeting friends at some sort of village fair outside Dublin where the temporary car park was a farmer's field. Being Ireland: a very wet, nearly waterlogged, farmer's field, quickly turning to mud from the passage of cars. I wouldn't have dared risk my Alfa getting stuck in there with its low clearance but the big Cit romped in an out without drama.
