Hi everyone, My 2009 C6 ICE starts up normally (displays the Citroen splash screen) but then within a second of being launched, displays the Jukebox (which is not playing music) and no other buttons (Climate, audio, Nav, Tel etc) will work or change the display. Then it seems to crash and re-start. Does this mean my hard drive has died? Is there a re-boot/reset process? I've scanned the ICE forum but don't see anybody discussing exactly the same problem. Any suggestions? |

Well Gentlemen, I might as well update my own post here with the current outcome. My advice, should you experience the same interruption to service, is to follow this procedure: 1. Wait one week in the hope that the problem will just go away (they do sometimes) 2. Send email to dealer to ask if there is a way to re-set computer (no response) 3. Post question in C6 owners forum 4. Drive to nearby Peugeot dealer (who recently added a Citroen franchise) 5. Explain problem at service reception 6. Walk to car, open drivers door, place key in ignition 7. Walk to passenger side and open door 8. Instruct service technician to start car and observe problem (both doors open) 9. Ta Da! Problem disappears without a trace Perhaps this was just a dream? |
